Oh my gosh, there is no limit of how you can use this set. Counting, colors,eye hand co-ordination, sorting, weighing, and 2 games. The dice included are large and wooden. The bears have a 6 or a 6 on their tummy for the weight, you can use a food scale, and 2 smalls equal the weight of one big bear. The tongs help eye hand co-ordination by sorting and placing the color bears into the same color cup. As they grow they can learn addition and subtraction, and later multiplying and division. The listing speaks of a 100 page booklet with ideas for usage. I have sent a question to the seller as to where I can find this information. We have a elementary special education teacher in the family, so I am sure she will have some ideas. I suggest for keeping track of the bears to keep them on a zip lock bag, the drawstring bag included is very nice but will not hold the bears if turned upside down. Highly Recommend.

Fun way for preschoolers to learn counting and colors. Very sturdy and durable. Included in the set is a number dice and a color dice. Still wondering what to do with the color dice...? All and all, a worthwhile purchase.

I worked in PreK for years and these bears are great for developing important skills however I didn’t get green or orange pieces/cups, and no game sheets

Dont get these. They are too small. I have some given to me by my childrens preschool that is bigger. These are too small. Even the large ones are too small. Not enough pieces. DONT BUY. Look for other ones that are bigger in size and quantity.

This counting bear set was a win for us. The bears come in several different sizes and different colors. This allows for a lot of combinations for counting. For example, you could have a child count all of the small green bears, or count all of the large bears of all colors. The child can also practice sorting skills by size and by color. This versatile counting set is well worth the investment.
