I ordered this as a cover during the winter and my daughter was 4.5 months old when I put it on the carrier. She is long for her she so once her feet got near the edge of the carrier she would kick the cover off. There isn’t enough stretch and elasticity to securely fit the cover over a standard carrier (Evenflo Urbini) and it stay in place.

It fits for the most part in my car seat except around the handles where it leaves a gap.

I would buy again it really keeps the baby nice and warm for the winter

Perfect for the cold weather. Easy to take on and off and keeps our twins warm.

Love that it keeps baby cozy, warm and protected from the elements - MUCH better than just draping a blanket over the carrier. Inexpensive. Easily fits over car seat but one thing I find as an annoyance is the sides tend to leave a gap.
