We just washed these for the first time in cold water then dried in the dryer and the colors stayed vibrant but they did shrink a bit, granted they are mostly cotton so that was expected. Our daughter can’t believe how much grip they have (we have hard surface floors throughout our home) and they are a good thickness for all day wear.
