> 24 hourDid everything it said it would do, charged multiple devices at once and quickly, but alas, it died in less than a year. Otherwise, I loved it. Will buy from another manufacturer to replace in hopes of finding a multiple port car charger with a longer lifespan. Update: seller saw my review and reached out to provide a replacement. Amazing customer service!

> 24 hourWe received our first charger and as soon as we plugged the device in it shorted out(wifes car smelled amazing). We contacted customer service and have to say I was very pleased with how fast they were able to get a replacement out. I tested the second device in my car as I know for a fact everything works and isnt being overloaded, worked fine so we through it in the wifes car and havent had problems with the replacement.
