06-06-2025I replaced the wheels on my X gantry when I upgraded my hot end, direct drive mount, and ducting. It took me days of failed prints to figure out that the wheels were a tiny bit out of true, which was hard to detect. The first layers on my prints were wonky, like a loose gantry, and I had an odd spiraling Z- axis deviation. Im mad that something as simple as bad, brand new wheels caused so much frustration. Seems like it is very hard to get quality parts these days.

> 3 dayThinking that the clear wheels would be better I was so wrong, they where too loud. I bought these hoping for origanal and thats what I got. Perfect space size no binding just smoooooth

> 3 dayIve purchased these wheels 4 times. Out of the 40 wheels I purchased, 9 were good, meaning that less than 10% are truly usable. I have a self designed device to test the trueness of the wheels to confirm their quality, but there is a visible difference between the usable/true wheels, and the wobbly/inferior wheels. Ive added a photo to show the difference. The left wheel is a good wheel, the right wheel is inferior. You can see lighter/more reflective metal on the interior of the bearing, as well as warmer black color and matte texture on the good wheel. The result of wobbly/inferior wheels is that 3D prints will have defects like noticeable shifts in layers, or poor bed leveling if used for the build plate, even with a Bl-touch or other bed level tool in use. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to get the OEM wheels that are installed on the printers which appear to be of good quality.

> 3 dayThese wheels are extremely tight - they make it difficult to move the motors

> 3 dayI should have listened to other reviews, all of these wheels have poor bearings that cause periodic error on Bed Visualizer. About 2mm from peak to peak, which makes printing impossible because you cannot get a decent first layer even with bilinear mesh turned on. Worthless wheels. Can’t use them.

> 3 dayThese were garbage. Poor quality control. Only 3 out of the 10 were usable. The others were out of round. I knew better but tried them anyway and sure enough my print bed had a wavey motion and was impossible to level.

> 3 dayThey do what there meant to do. Good maintenance upgrade if you print a lot you should have a set on hand as the rubber will wear out on the wheels eventually. Easy to install and makes the machine feel new again.

> 3 dayThey are not even across the diameter. Leads to the bed wobbling
