Dont know if its any good as I received it missing a part. The tiny pieces looked to be just carelessly tossed in a shipping bag (see picture) with at least one missing.

Metal extruder works well. Have had zero feed issues.

Part quality is great! Tubing is near perfect diameter for 1.75mm filament. And is a must over factory creality tubing which allows to much play inside for filament if you want accuracy. HOWEVER, if your printer has the OEM filament detector sensor. The new metal parts are thicker than the original plastic ones and no longer align with the filament feed holes. REMOVED A STAR do to the fact that these upgrades are supposed to be made by creality themselves but their own upgraded parts were clearly never tested on their own equipment for tolerances. They should have included some kind of spacer, shim or washers to raise the factory filament detection sensor the new 1.9mm offset that is required for the filament holes from the filament sensor exit hole to line up correctly with the entrance hole of extruder. Leaving the misaligned holes can lead to filament breakage, failed prints and just general mayhem. Don’t let this deter you tho. These parts are worth it. The fix is pretty simple. The bolts that mount the sensor are M3’s so all you need is four M3 washers for each bolt to get the proper offset aligned again. You see get a visual how to put it together in my pictures. Hope this helps someone... HAPPY PRINTING..... ;)

I have used an all metal extrude for my Ender 3 V2. I already knew I would have to replace the plastic one on my Ender 5 plus. This is the 2nd one I purchased for the Ender 5 plus and both have the same issue. The screw for the arm is too short and will not secure to the motor at all.

New to 3D printing. Added the drive and tube while building my first printer do to watching tip videos. Due to this I cannot compare before and after. I can say that I have been very impressed with my print quality.

I dont know if I got a bad one or not. The original plastic one broke under pressure, which isnt a surprise. This is an all-metal replacement, but it never seems to go together perfectly, and I struggled with feed. Eventually I tired of the clamp twisting away from the gear causing feed failure. I would not recommend this one, and will highly recommend the Micro-Swiss direct drive for Ender.

Works well. My Ender 5 Pro had this setup but I accidently ruined it. Replaced with this set and is still going strong 7-8 more prints in.

used for my ender 5 plus. install was quick and simple - most difficult part was pulling out my original bowden tube. swapping filament is a lot easier and I dont feel like Im going to break my feeder anymore. manually feeding through the capricorn tube feels less sloppy and more stable. overall, the print quality hasnt improved significantly, but its improved enough. the upgrade looks good and functionally is better with the metal feeder and capricorn tube.

Nice and easy to install. Dont wait for your cheap plastic one to break. Just get this one and dont worry about it. It works exactly likes is supposed to so just stop looking and buy it.
