Love creative grids rulers- when I replace old ones it will be with these. they have these little grippers on the bottom to help stop your ruler from sliding when cutting. Many of their rulers are used with specific patterns and make some really pretty designs. this ruler us used to make sewing the block uniform in size- so it is sew a few strips and cut and keeping working until block is finished. Blocks are trued as they are sewed.This means blocks go together easily. Worth the extra dollars in my book.

I am so happy I got this tool. I tried a log cabin block without it and what a mess. This took all the guesswork out of doing it. My blocks came out perfect and as I was sewing them together they fit perfect. I recommend this highly to anyone. Thanks for a great product.

Great ruler if you are making a log cabin quilt!! Makes cutting a breeze. Can not live with out one.

I disliked the ruler because my blocks I was making were 10 as i was designing a log cabin blocks around a lone star in the center of the quilt and 12 was too big and 6 too little. I used it to the 6 somewhat. I managed so got my blocks made ok. I understand every size cant be made and we cant afford to buy every size either.

There is one ruler with two different sizes on it the creative grids 6 inch and 12 log cabin trim ruler. Then there is just the 6 inch creative log cabin trim ruler. I am interested in purchasing the book it said to use the 6 inch log cabin trim ruler. I am wondering if the one ruler creative grids 6 and 12 inch log cabin trim ruler would work with the book that calls to use the log cabin 6 trim ruler?
