This is exactly as described and a high quality quilting ruler.

Creative grid rulers are really top notch. They dont slide on the fabric when cutting. I wish I could replace all my quilting rulers with Creative Grid rulers but the downside is that they are expensive.

As always, a perfect Creative Grids ruler. Numbers are east to read and a perfect square. Easy work on trimming blocks!
