This ruler was great for cutting 5 inch squares for the quilt that I was working on! I like the Creative Grid rulers, they stay in place and dont slide around like some do.

Very useful with Layer Cakes and 5 Charms. Quilters will understand the terms...all fabric either 10 inch squares or 5 squares.

As a quilter, I cut a lot of 5 squares of fabric, so this ruler is perfect for this task. The ruler moves easily around on the fabric until pressure is applied. The sides have this wonderful gripper effect that wont allow the ruler to move as you apply pressure. No worries about your 5 squares not being perfectly cut for your projects! Great price and shipping was quick, especially with Prime.
