This is a great little ruler to keep beside your sewing machine or on your cutting table. Perfect for small cuts, paper piecing trimming or just general measuring. Doesnt slide, great addition to any quilting area.

If I could give 6 stars I would. This little ruler is the best one in my considerable arsenal of rulers. I machine embroider and quilt. I keep it handy at all times to take a quick 1/4 or 1/2 seam measurement to make sure that I am still on track. I got the 6 ruler and I use it for miniatures rather than quilting or fabrics. I wanted a firm straight edge that I could see through and this ruler truly does stay in place because of the treatment on the underside. Stays put yet easy to slide to a new position.

Fabulous for drawing quarter and half inch lines. Favorite little ruler.
