Creative Grids is amazing and doesn’t slide off fabric

I never owned a square ruler before this ... not sure how I got along without it! The non-slip helps and the 1/2” vs 1” took a week or two to get used to, but now I use it none stop ... no issues.

I am a beginner quilter and was making the Lucky Stars quilt pattern by Atkinson. I needed to cut my pieced blocks into 9 squares to make the quilt top. I considered doing this with a ruler but it would have been very tedious and probably not precise - I had 20 squares to make. So I bought this ruler and it worked perfectly! It was so easy to use the markings on the ruler to align on each block - I liked that it didnt slip around once it was set too so the cutting was perfect too. I dont know how frequently I will use this ruler, but for any quilt that requires a 9 block, this ruler is great. It arrived as expected in perfect condition.
