I had previously bought several years ago what looked like exactly the same lights as these, but when turned on side by side these are considerably dimmer, and it appears that it is because the rubbery coating on these is thicker than on my old ones. But since they were for electric candlesticks the dimmer light is not objectionable, and thus I am very satisfied with them!
