> 3 dayCricut makes such excellent products and stands behind each one of them, ensuring not only the quality of workmanship, but the support you need to be accomplished in your crafting skills. I highly recommend this product! This is an excellent size for medium projects under 7 inches square. Can do bigger work with it, but in stages.

> 3 dayI purchased my Easy Press 2 in December of 2018, and was absolutely delighted...for the first 3 months. After that, I noticed ALL shirts I used HTV on would have vinyl peeling like a sticker during the first time wearing. Trying my own trouble shooting, I purchased an infrared thermometer and discovered that the press was heating not only radically unevenly throughout the heat plate, but it was also 60-80 DEGREES LOWER than what the display on the machine read. (Siser easy weed HTV presses at 315°F, but I have to set my machine to 385°F to get the machine to actually reach 315) Since I was over the allotted time that Amazon allows returns, I went through Cricut. After jumping through hoops (they required me to shoot a video showing the failure), the Cricut representative informed me that my infrared thermometer was wrong due to the reflective nature of the heat plate (sidenote: thats not how infrared works- to test my sanity, I used the thermometer to read a mirror and the wall beside it, and it was only a 2 degree difference). Cricuts customer service refused to do ANYTHING despite the fact I had only had my machine a few months, and they kept INSISTING that my thermometer was wrong. Bear in mind the fact that if my Easy Press 2 was actually heating at 385°F (as the readout shows) it should havr completely singed my shirts and melted my vinyl. Some of you may be thinking, So, just set it to 385°. Thats actually exactly what I have been doing. However, this problem seems to be degenerative. Every couple of weeks, I have to bump my set temp another 5 degrees to achieve the desired 315°F. At this rate, Im going to max out at the highest setting with no where to go within a month. Once that sad but inevitable day arrives, the machine will achieve its destiny of being my households most expensive and oversized paperweight. Despite my experience, the reviews for this model continues to be outstanding. I cant help but wonder if I got a very rare lemon, or if everyones glowing reviews are given too soon. I LOVE the portability and ease of this product, but if it wont heat enough to actually adhere my HTV, it really serves no purpose.

Greater than one weekThis heat press is very convenient and easy to use. Would like if it came with heat setting guides to help with the learning curve.

> 3 dayThe product seems to work great even though I was missing the USB cable. I looked all over the box and packaging - nothing. So, I tried other cables I have here at home and nothing seemed to work right with it. I honest dont know what that cable was for... updates Im sure. I would buy but beware you may be missing the update cable.
