Wrong size and couldn’t get return label printed so I’m stuck with it.

The instructions that come with the tote say to insert the stand that comes with the EasyPress into the tote. I was unable to insert the 9x9 stand into the tote. I tried to contact Cricut customer service and I’m still waiting for them to answer after four days and today after almost 3 hours on hold. Now before I go any further, I have never had any other problems with Cricut and they did give me a disclaimer of 2 hours.

Just received it and it fits the Easy Press perfectly. Great quality. I was considering going with something cheaper but I dont regret my purchase.
