> 3 daySo disappointed, frustrated, angry... I bought a Cricut Maker because of all the things they advertised it could do. I bought this engraving tool because their website says it can engrave their metallic leather. I did a chat with one of their online reps to be sure, before I wrecked a good piece of leather. Clearly their standard of nicely engraved leather and mine is vastly different. The edges of the engraving are frayed and the deep cut blade, set on the highest pressure would not cut through the leather. I literally had to tear out each circle. Theres no where to rate their debossing tip, which their website says works on their faux leather, but it was terrible too. For years I have heard about how amazing cricut machines are, not my experience at all. Ive sent an email to them, well see what happens. Either I have a faulty machine or they have WAY overestimated their product and made wrong claims.
