Handle broke the first time I used it. Its stuck and I cant pull it up. Really disappointed because otherwise its a great little suitcase.

Love this piece of Luggage. I use this one more then anything else. Wheels roll perfect, plenary of storage for a weekend trip or a 5 day. Carry on approved! Love it!

Bought this recently as a carry on for a trip. I love this luggage so much, I bought the bigger piece as well. Easy to pack with plenty of room and is expandable. Quad wheel rolling is incredible. Hope it holds up for many more trips to come.

Original penguin suitcases are of poor quality. I bought mine a year ago because it looked nice and I knew the brand.. After two bus trips the handle broke. Just got stuck. I contacted the company. First you need to answer a lot of questions, provide pictures and receipt. Then they promise that someone would contact you from the corporate office shortly. You remind them a couple of weeks later and they promise to call you soon. Then you give up and write this review on Amazon. I’m very disappointed.

The handle jammed and subsequently broke off while trying to get it unstuck. Overall it was lower quality than I expected, but the handle was an obvious deal breaker.

Used this luggage on a recent flight and it is great! Carried on one-way, checked on the way home without a problem. The wheels run smoothly, it’s well-balanced no toppeling, zippers work great, and fits more than I expected.

Love this suitcase! I bought the same one a few years ago for my kiddo. When I needed another for my next kid, there was no doubt I wanted this suit case again.
