Holds everything I need and more. Even when its heavy, its not too uncomfortable to use. Love it

I LOVE this bag. It sat in my cart forever before I bought. Comfortable and Ive gotten alot of compliments on it. Unfortunately, there is already a hole in the bottom of the bag, so the front zipper pocket, its contents are starting to come through the hole and into the main pocket. Is there anything youd be able to do about this? Thank you!
