Okay product. Compared with Kingston SSD, build quality was poor. Kingston made with metal caseling, but the crucial made with plastic casing. Speed same for both. No issues other than the plastic build

Very good speed as shifted from HDD

I decided to go with this Crucial BX because of price point and brand reputations. Performance wise its only slightly lower against the likes of Samsung. But at over £20 cheaper you cant go wrong with this. It will be the best value upgrade you can get. Its very easy to replace my PS4 Slim 500gb HDD with this 1TB SSD. There are tons of videos online to show you how to do it and took me minutes for the actual swap with a philips screw driver. All you need extra is a external usb 3.0 HDD (500GB+) and a USB thumb drive (for the console initialisation file 1 GB in size). Its the copying of old files took a lot longer, 3 hrs in total, but its straight forward. After the swap the PS4 loads a lot faster, Id say 2-3 times. Especially with disc installed games like Gran Turismo. It really gives a new lease of life to the 6 year old console. Well worth it.
