Greater than one weekTired of buying multiple small capacity ssd. 2tb ssd should be enough for casual users for years to come. Speedy for sata and the price . Would recommend.

> 3 dayThis hard drive is awesome. The instructions on their website were so easy to follow. I basically saved my 2008 Macbook and 2010 iMac from becoming scrap parts. This breathed new life into them. If your computer is running slow, slap one of these bad boys in it and you wont be disappointed. I researched how to swap out my old hard drives then just bought the parts off amazon and ebay. I did a lot of research and this was better than the Samsung SSD.

> 3 dayThis helped bring my wifes old MacBook Pro (mid 2010) back form dead. I also upgraded her 4GB of Ram to 8GB. I did a fresh install of High Sierra and her MacBook Pro is now alive! Hopefully her machine will a few more years out of it now. This HDD was super easy to install I also bought a Vantec SATA/IDE to USB 3.0 adapter to install the new OSX and that also worked great. For the Ram, SSD and the adapter we spent about $250 and her old laptop is back in the game. Great SSD for the price and we havent noticed any problems with it yet. Total time to install the new OSX, RAM and the SSD into her machine was about 1.5 hours. I highly recommend this SSD. great bang for you buck
