I bought this as a cheaper upgrade for my 850 Evo Samsung 1tb SSD ( its one of the few hard drives under the Amazon payment plan) and right out of the box you can tell this thing is made poorly. Barely has any weight to it, the connector is so cheaply made that just plugging the cables into it made the connector start bending down, I was afraid I was going to snap it off just trying to slide the drive back into the tray. The sata cable doesnt lock in so if youre not careful it will come disconnected when you try to pull the drive out or move it. Overall this thing is way slower than the old drive I had I think it will work great if youre using it for additional storage but Ive noticed, not even filling it up halfway yet, it gets slower and slower with each thing I add to it and with half the reviews on here this thing failing within 6 months yeah I can see why. Im going to put my old Samsung back in to run my OS and Ill just use this for secondary storage. Go for the Samsung 860 Pro 2 TB if you plan on actually using a hard drive for gaming

My MacBook pro was so slow it literally took 5 minutes to power up and I couldnt even think of opening the mail app as it would freeze my whole computer. I was going to buy a new MacBook but then came across replacing the hard drive. For £70 I thought it was worth a try there are plenty of online tutorials on youtube of how to do this. The installation process was very quick the longest part was cloning my hard drive. After installation of the new drive my MacBook is so fast it is like a new computer!!! and it saved me £1000! Definitely look into buying this if you want to extend the life of your mac I am now sure Ill get another 4+ years out of my computer and it was surprisingly easy to install for a computer rookie!!

Really simple. I replaced a 2TB conventional hard drive with this 2TB SSD. Process could not have been simpler.

Die Festplatte wurde von mir nach Erhalt direkt verbaut und war sehr schnell eingerichtet. - Die Kapazität stimmt haargenau mit der Beschreibung überein, - die Verarbeitungsqualität ist sehr gut und die Schrei- und Leserate überzeugt auf ganzer Ebene. - Für den Preis unschlagbar. Danke dafür.
