Good price point but at a cost. Gets very hot and throttles quickly.

I use the SSD as primary disk and its a big upgrade for overall system speed.

Great ssd, my boot times are pretty damn quick and everything loads super fast.

Later testing showed that the Western Digital Black SMOKES this thing on every metric. If you want speed, shop and compare.

El NVMe M.2 de Crucial funciona perfectamente, tiene una velocidad de lectura/escritura superior a los SSD tradicionales y apenas se calienta. Yo lo compré de oferta a 99.99 € con lo que por ese precio no hay nada mejor. Una compra muy recomendada.

I got this cheap enough on Prime day but to be honest I find the speed disappointing. It does run hot, and performance increased somewhat following the addition of a heatsink to the drive. I have two of these 1Tb drives in my sons PC storing (part) of his game library. They are okay for this job, but look elsewhere if you are doing anything demanding.
