> 3 dayIt is a good ram for the price considering its dual rank x8 (2rx8) instead of single rank(1rx8) But make sure that the other ram you have is having similar density. I bought it for my Legion 5 which has 1rx8 Samsung ram but this one has 2rx8 so I had to return it. I would suggest buy a pair of this and replace with your old ram. If anyone wants to check if it is 1rx8 or 2rx8 the best way is to download Thaiphoon Burner and run the tool. It will clearly mention the density unlike any other app. Other ways to ensure is... > 3 dayI upgraded the 8GB of ram that came equipped in my HP Envy X360 after visiting the Crucial website and checking the fit on these. Installation was pretty easy (7 screws plus the security screw) and a plastic pry tool were all that were needed to remove the bottom cover. Remove the 5SD (1 screw) and the battery (5 screws) and pop the metal shield off the ram and install. Reverse the process...and boot up. I did get a CMOS checksum on the first reboot but it was fine after that.
