Simple packaging, not enough to stop it getting crushed in an accident so check packaging. Dell give good instructions for fitting, and needs more of a push to click in than I expected, but Dell warn about this. Dell laptop recognised additional memory and seems to work fine.

One of the sticks I received was faulty so my laptop would not start with the new ram installed. Tested them individually and found that one didnt work.

Crucial has been making Memory sticks for many years.. they do a good job at it.. I have bought many memory sticks over the years and always trust Crucial.. I put this into a Beelink mini-pc and it doubled the ram.. worked as expected.. quality product..

Hardest part was removing and replacing the RAM. Came in a safe container, full RAM recognized immediately. Cheaper than most computer parts stores near me.
