Wheels roll easily and look strong enough to be ridden for a long time. Great weight and very well built. We are practicing inside on carpet until she learns to push off and placement of her feet. It rolls really fast on a hardwood floor so I dont recommend it for a hard surface until they are comfortable standing on it. Dont recommend letting them use it by themselves. We hold on to her hand right now but think it will make a great skateboard for a little older child. It takes good balance to get both feet on the board and be able to balance yourself.
