Cut Away Tender Touch Iron-On Backing White, 8 by 9 yd, June Berry (664-08)

Impressed with the quality. I purchased this to iron on the back of finished machine embroidery projects. Now my customers will not have the itchy feeling common with machine embroidery.

I used this on my last few projects for grandkids and am happy with the results - a soft covering of the embroidery stitches.

I’ve bought several rolls. Use it for the back side of embroidery work on T-shirts, onesies, etc. Typically stays down wash after wash but I’ve had a couple that has tried to come loose and it easily irons back down.

Im amazed at the number of positive reviews for this product. Two biggest issues I had were: 1) its *impossible* to tell which side is the adhesive side. Maybe in prior formulations of this product, it was easier. But my roll feels the same on both sides (and no one in my family could feel a difference either). 2) It comes off at the first touch of water. Very disappointing.

I embroidered a couple of t-shirts for my husband and myself, and used this product to cover over the backing that lays against our skin. It is so comfortable, we dont even realize it is there; its just like another part of the t-shirt. It has held on well through multiple washes and shows no sign of letting go. Both my husband and I are tough on our clothing, as he works on cars, and I work with large animals. I couldnt be happier with this product! I will buy it again and again.

Being newer to the embroidery world I have had lots of failed purchases but this is not one of them. My order arrived promptly with Amazon Prime, it was fairly priced when I compared with other retailers, and it has been perfect for covering up embroidery designs on the inside of onesies and shirts. My sons favorite shirt that is washed probably three times a week still has the cover-a-stitch perfectly attached with no signs of coming off. It was easy to apply and a must have product if you are thinking of embroidering childrens apparel.

I bought this to use on the back of embroidery to keep the embroidery from being scratchy, it ironed on fine. But unfortunately after only a couple washing’s it started to come off. I was really hoping this would have worked out, but it’s not what I’m looking for. If anyone knows of a better product I would appreciate the assistance.

Best on the market! If you embroider towels and dont eant to hoop it or cant you can hoop this product and float your towel!

Its easy to use and very soft.
