This is the second time that I’ve bought this PC though from a different seller. The first time I bought it I ended up returning it because the graphics card was loose or there was some power issue or other error which was causing it not to display to the screen. I was very excited to get a functioning PC finally and when this came it did display the first time but the Slightest bump or vibration, such as sitting at my desk, would turn the display off and turn it back on presumably there’s a connection issue with the GPU. I spent a week trying to troubleshoot the last PC and I’m not gonna worry about it this time. All the connections seem normal. The case did have some damage probably from shipping which might’ve caused the issue period. Just an overall negative experience with a cherry on top of that being it was missing one of the RAM sticks. I even paid $60 for expedited shipping and still I get a PC that isn’t functioning. Once again I’m going to have to ship it wait for a refund wait for it to process and then eventually I’ll be able to buy PC again I would not recommend buying this model or from cyber PowerPC their tech-support basically just told me to try plugging everything in again and it didn’t help and it took forever. 1 star wouldn’t recommend

I recently purchased a CyberPower PC and I must say I am very happy with the purchase. The case looks nice with the 5 LED fans and tempered glass side panel. Performance is exceptional. I am able to play all of my games on ultra-high settings and I never have a dip in FPS The closed loop cooling system as well as the fans keep my temperatures below 65C even after hours of gaming. For reference, my PC has the following specs.

Love how fast this computer is. Still getting used to windows 11 but I dont see it being a problem in the long run. The computer is solid and well built

Received my CyberPower tower while back. Have ran it for a few months now. Upon arrival it was missing 1 of the 2 sticks of ram that was supposed to come with the unit. Called customer support and they said no problem and had one sent to me. Waited 2 weeks and nothing. Called back and for some unknown reason it was never shipped but said it was taken care of. Finally showed up a week later. Be prepared if you need customer support to be on hold for a long time but once you get through, they are very nice and will take care of you. After using it for these past few months I can say I have not had one issue with it since. Runs all my games great. I would and have recommended this brand to friends and family. 10/10 would buy again.

Great first time gaming PC! I wouldve given this PC a 5 star if it wasnt for the missing 8 GB RAM card.

This Pc was straight up trash. I can tell it was made from cheap parts. After a week of playing Warzone on this brand new PC, it started shutting off on its own during the game. I would restart the pc and resume gaming but it would happen over and over again.

Love it, bought it when it was on sale so worth it.
