> 3 dayAfter about a week of having them installed with fresh batteries (and only having them on for 5 minutes at a time to take pictures on three different days), the lights started to dim and flicker. At this point, I dont turn them on, because when I do, its so dim and flickery that it seems either like a circuit problem, or maybe they just suck battery really quickly? That, and the light is VERY yellow. Now I love yellow lights, and much prefer them to white lights, but these are like. A yellow that doesnt match the gold yellow of other yellow lights. They were very calming and beautiful when they were the only things lit in the house, but again, they really didnt last long at all. And in case anyone is wondering, the bulbs themselves are really quite small, maybe just an inch in diameter, and are glued onto the LED string. Not a problem or an aesthetic issue, just thought Id share that. If the circuits were better, or the battery life with these lights lasted more than a total of 15 minutes or so (in a way that would let me relax by a soft yellow glow in the evenings!), Id love these more. Christmas lights have better life, even though you have to plug them in, so take your pick! If youre ok with replacing the batteries often, I dont see why this is a product you should avoid.

> 3 dayI liked them a lot but I think they drained the batteries everytime I replaced them :( I had them hung around my dorm bed which made it look really cute. Pretty good besides that! Id tape the battery pack to the bed frame so it was easy to reach and switch on and off. The lights are soft on the eyes because of the kind of hazy matte look/cover if you know what I mean.

> 3 dayI love these lights! I bought these for a camping trip to add a little something extra to our canopy and they were amazing. Each strand uses three AAA batteries and I was worried they would burn out quickly if we left the lights on for hours at a time but so far I have yet to replace the batteries even with daily use. I have so many great things to say about these lights, seriously. First, theyre durable. We had ours hanging on our rain canopy which was placed over a picnic table while out in the redwoods up in Northern California. It was cold and it was pouring rain for most of our trip and the lights were fine. No bulbs or batteries burnt out and the lights came home in great condition. On top of that, Ive been using them on a tiny Christmas tree I have at my office so the lights have been merrily blinking away for 7-8 hours a day since Dec. 1 or 2 and Im still on the original batteries. Seriously, Im really impressed. The bulbs themselves are bigger than your average modern string lights but I like that because they have that kind of vintage look to them.

> 3 dayThese were even better than I was expecting! The description didnt say anything about 9 different settings, all in different patterns, which was a nice surprise. They must have updated the product since originally posting on Amazon. I was also surprised to figure out that they are on a timer if you leave them on for a while in order to save battery. One night I fell asleep with them on and woke up on the morning to them off and I just assumed the battery died. The next night I was in bed and they turned on by themselves (not going to lie it really freaked me out at first) and then I realized that they went on at the same time I had manually turned them on the night before and they jumped to the same setting I had them on. They must turn off after a certain amount of time of inactivity to conserve battery. Very smart and not to mention these lights add a really nice feel to my bedroom!

> 3 daythis strand, of what is referred to by some as faery lights, was a birthday gift i received last month. :) after thinking for a bit i found a rather unique use for it as the photo shows, once i had dug through our things and found three double a batteries that fit it and got them recharged. these are about the perfect size for a 1:6 scale dollhouse. :) to show their size you need to know that the vampire and witch alexkins are about 7 inches tall and the children dolls are the mc ds happy meals ones that are about 4 inches tall. i think it worked well. we dont have any to test with but i believe these would work in the little christmas village house ornaments that you slip a light through the base of and light them that way. these bulbs are not painfully hot the way old mini christmas tree lights got, you can safely hold them in your hand. the light is a pure soft white, and the strand is a generous length for decorating. this was my first experience with miniature led lights and id give them 5 stars. i have bought actual lamps from dailyart, a great seller, before and i think this item is equal in quality. recommended highly. :)

> 3 dayI bought these to put around my body length mirror to act as sort of a photo light but they aren’t bright enough. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because a lot of the reviews claimed they were really bright. I have them up in my bedroom and they’re really cute! They add a nice soft ambient light. I love the battery box and push-button control. I have another set of string lights and the button is a switch and very flimsy in comparison. I used my other string lights to light my hammock on a camping trip because these didn’t arrive in time, but I can’t wait to use these for my next camping trip because they’re going to be so much cuter!

Greater than one weekThese are very cute and lightweight! I bought them as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves them! I purchased two sets for her and she hung them from her ceiling with a few thumbtacks. They have stayed hanging from her ceiling with no problem. The battery pack is also very light. The only reason I gave these a 4 instead of a 5 is because they are battery hogs. They have only been up for a few days and we have already had to change the batteries. Major battery usage, in my opinion, is the only negative thing about them

> 3 dayThe lights are smaller than I thought they’d be, they’re also plastic and not glass which I was happy to find out. They look cute except only half of the strand works, and they appear to be permanent plastic light bulbs attached to the wire so not sure how to fix that. Hope this isn’t a frequent issue their products have because this is a bummer

Greater than one weekI order the 2 sets of the white lights to use on the inside of my home. These lights have a very simple design and i am pleased with their overall appearance. This is a battery powered string of lights. The battery pack holds 3 AA batteries (not included). There are forty white mini globes along the 13 feet cord. They are spaced out every four inches. There is a switch that lets you set them for off, on, or flashing. Mine came packaged very nicely, wrapped up cleanly, no tangled mess. There was no issue with any of the globed coming detached or anything of the sort. Everything works as it should.
