Removed this switch from its package and the knob fell off switch. Appears the center shaft has MAJOR porosity issue. Package appears to be cracked/damaged so at some point this item was dropped or thrown around, cause the center shaft to snap off the switch. Due to the fragility of the shaft, and obvious poor metal quality of the switch shaft, I do not recommend this switch.

I have one of these I bought maybe 25 years ago that has held up well. Other than the shade of blue paint on this new one they are identical. Nice to see that it wasnt broke and they didnt fix it over the years.

Used to use a T-Splitter that did not work well. This works great between my FTM-100 and SDRPlay with no interference between lines.

I highly recommend this coax switch. It is rugged and appears to be quality which is what you want to maximize isolation for best performance.

Great switch with a positive click for switching antennas and being sure you’ve switched.

Just doing exactly what it supposed to do with low signal loss with 70ft of LMR 400 great product well-made

My first antenna switch was cheaper, and it made a mess of the SWR. This does not. Works great. I actually use it to switch between receivers rather than antennas. In that application, it also works great. I do a lot of testing to compare receivers, and thus being able to switch back and forth is a great help.

The SO-239 coax connections on this are very large/too large to fit with the common F Series antenna cable coax cables that the vast majority of folks have in there existing TV/Cable/Satellite home setups. You could buy SO-239 to F Series adapters for the connections to make it compatible but it was not obvious in the description that adapters would be needed by most to get this to work and it would be helpful if this was. If you actually need SO-239 then the other reviews by the folks that are able to use this would more likely be the ones to use as a buying/quality indicator for this product. This review is more of a heads up/warning alert for those that do not.

used to protect my HF station, we have lots of thunder storms here. I use the switch to isolate my radio from the antenna, I have the switch well grounded
