Dakine Boot Locker 69L Boot Bag

Fits boots, helmet, and rest of my gear comfortably. ( pants, jacket, multiple goggles, gloves, layers, etc) Great capacity and seems high quality, comes with a 10 year warranty! Ive had other bags that barely fit boots and helmet, this larger bag is definitely the way to go. This bag is perfect size.

This is a great bag! It has TONS of room. I bought it for a flight out to CO. Im not sure if it could be used as a carry-on, I think the dimensions are close. However, airlines let you check your board/ski bag with one boot bag and it counts as one checked bag. This bag has two compartments - one large, tarp-lined and vented bottom boot compartment, and one bigger top compartment (also tarp-lined) for everything else (helmet, pants, jacket, etc.) My only complaint, and the only reason it got 4 stars, is that there are absolutely no other pockets in this bag. Just two main compartments. Id love a place to store keys, wax, tools, and other small items. Even if there were just some mesh bungee pockets on the inside somewhere. Instead, everything gets thrown into the main top compartment, which can get messy. Otherwise, this was a great addition to my gear storage and I no longer have to tie my boots together and carry them from the lot to the mountain.

Love the separate boot compartment, which keep my wet, nasty boots away from everything else. The main section of the bag is plenty big too - I was a little concerned when I ordered it - but it fits all my gear. Great snowboarding bag!

We have one for each of us; thats how good they are!

We purchased on of the Athalon Everything Bags (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00289MRD4/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) a while back, and my wife loved it. At the time, however, that bag was significantly more expensive, and I wanted to try something a little cheaper. The Dakine is a solid, sort of 80s-theme colored bag, with ample room for boots in the bottom portion, and the rest of the gear in the top. It lacks any ventilation, however, which isnt a problem where we live (high desert), but might cause problems elsewhere. Not sure why they omitted this. Also missing are any of the handy tie down areas with those little bungies that the Athalon has -- which are great for quickly stowing things like gloves, gator, or hats. But the quality is high, and I think it will last a while. Good value, but before buying, Id recommend checking it vs. the price of the Athalon.

Fits all gear and easy to haul around

This is by far one of the best snowboard boot/gear bag I have ever owned. It’s light weight, durable rugged canvas outside and the inside is lined with waterproof tarp. I can hold all my gear on the top portion (helmet,goggles,gloves,pants,jacket and a set of extra clothes to change I to afterwards. The bottom section holds my size 10.5 men’s boots with room to spare. The carrying straps is also durable and easy to carry by hand or over the shoulder. This will definitely last a long time and super stoked about how fair the price was for it. I highly recommend it! -J from Colorado

Wanted a bag to hold both my kids (age 5 and 7) boots and gear. This is perfect. Large enough for everything but not massive and hard to carry. Quality material, can tell the difference between the cheaper bags I tried and returned.

I shopped around quite a bit, reading reviews and product descriptions to try and find a bag that would hold my boot size (Mens 13) as well as some extra gear. A majority of the bags I found were quite a bit smaller than this one and would only fit up to around10-12 boot size. This bag absolutely nailed it, and in classic Dakine fashion, is very well built. Boot compartment on the bottom fits my boots w/ room to spare. Large upper compartment can easily hold anything I wouldnt want to wear on the drive up, including my ski jacket if I wanted (wouldnt be much room for anything else, but that gives you an idea on the size). Shoulder strap included, lower boot compartment is lined to keep water from seeping out. Upper compartment is separately lined the same way. Lifetime warranty - im anticipating many seasons ahead with this one!
