My 90 year old aunt was struggling because she was trying to use 2 pill cases to hold all her medications. This solved the problem and the dark/light (night/day) sides are helpful. This easily holds the 8 or 9 pills she takes each morning and again at night.

Size of compartments

This pill organizer is sturdier than most, which if dropped, will break, spill pills all over, etc. If I drop this case, it doesnt break (that is, individual compartments dont come detached and become difficult to get securely back in place); and also, the lids to each snap on quite securely as well, so they dont tend to spill my pills all over the place. Best of all, I like the black and white design. I never take my morning meds at night or vice versa, because, duh, white is for morning, black for night. No matter how sleepy or groggy I am, I always get that right. Its also quite capacious, so you can fit supplements (calcium, etc.) in as well. Overall, best pill case Ive had, and Ive had it a year. I just ordered a second, so I can fill two weeks at once.

Liked the size of the compartments and the night and day side’s are attached and color Coordinated. Day’s labeled clearly. Great find if you need to organize a lot of different medications.

Perfect for those with not the best eyesight. Easy to open

Holds all meds and supplements. Extra large compartment. Shows Sun for morning which are in white bins and moon for evenings in black bins. Fairly easy to open yet secure.
