The product was packaged in an Amazon bubble mailer & arrived damaged to the point where only 1 spray nozzle could be used & half of the spray solution had leaked everywhere. I recieved a replacement fairly quick... still in an Amazon bubble mailer...& both spray nozzles had hairline cracks, but work fine & no leaked product. The product itself works just as well as any other highchair cleaning product that Ive used. *The pictures are from the (above mentioned) first time that I recieved the products.*
