Darice Perforated Plastic #14 Mesh Plastic Canvas, White - 8.25 x 11 - 2 Pieces

Not as easy to stitch on as I had thought that it would be.

I am new to plastic canvas work, but I have got a project started and I love it. The sheets are ideal if you are just a bigginer like me. Because they are very good value for money. I bought Two elsewhere and each sheet cost me double what I paid for these two.

The mesh is a good size, but was more flexible than expected. While some flex is good this made some aspects fo the craft we were doing challenging.

I use this for beginning sewing students. I cut it into various shapes, ex.: a pumpkin for Halloween. They use yarn and plastic needles and learn to grip the needle and sew for the first time. The thread we use is

Mesh is quite firm making it easy to work with but not too firm as to make shaping difficult.

Since A C Moore closed in Northern Virginia, I have had difficulty finding clear plastic 7 mesh plastic canvass. Michaels does not carry it. I ordered a supply of it, it came, it is exactly what I use. Im pleased!

Fit my purpose perfectly.
