> 3 dayLoves these socks. I have always had very sensitive feet. So finding hiking boots and socks was an adventure, lol. I am also hot most of the time so I only hike when we have cold weather. So if I have socks on my feet that causes my feet to get hot and sweat I have to take them off as soon as my shoes go off. BUT with each time I have hiked with these socks, after a hike and after taking off my hiking boots, I have gone many hours before I realize I still have my socks on and my feet are not hot. Yet they kept my feet warm outside in the cold and or wet weather and inside was like I had no socks on.

We live and work in Northfield, Vermont. Our backyard is the perfect testing ground to make the finest Premium All Weather Performance Socks. We ski, snowboard, hike, bike and run in the most unforgiving climate in the lower 48. It is under these conditions that we design, test and manufacture our socks.

After so many decades why do we still knit every pair of our socks here in Vermont? We don’t do it because it’s the easy thing to do—we do it because it’s the right thing to do. We do it because for us, it’s the only way to do it. There are faster and cheaper alternatives but nobody ever outsourced anything for quality.
