> 3 dayIm a huge fan of Darn Tough socks, they truly are the best and sturdiest. These are my first coolmax ones from them, and are super comfy and are definitely softer than my other Darn Tough socks. Will eventually get another pair!

> 3 dayI have a hard time finding shoes and socks to properly fit my size 8 wide feet and these were spot on for fit. They dont squeeze my toes which can cause ingrown toenails but are form fitting enough to stay in place and not slide off into my boots. There is enough cushion for everyday wear and warm for four season wear. Most of all they do not have loose strings inside that get caught between my toes. The only con is the price though in the end its well worth it compared to other options. These are amazing socks and I definitely recommend them to anybody looking to level up their footwear game.

> 3 dayHaving just thrown my last pairs of Bridgedales and Point 6 socks in the bin as they’d worn through I thought I’d give this brand a go. As well as for use with my hiking boots/approach shoes I also wear outdoor socks instead of slippers so they do get lots of wear. Fit is good, I’m an 8-8.5 so ordered the LG (7.5-9) and they fit my foot well and there’s a slight grip around the mid foot/instep so they don’t move around. No loose threads on the inside and seams are flat so in my boots they feel good. In comparison to the other brands mentioned they’re not quite as soft which is fine by me if they’re hardwearing, although they do soften up after first wash. Also they are slightly more expensive and have found them cheaper via Google. However the fact they have an unconditional lifetime guarantee makes these a no brainer purchase as you just send them back to the uk distributor and they send you a replacement pair. So if I switch to this brand I shouldn’t have to buy anymore socks when they wear out. Only time will tell how they feel as they wear but so far I love them and they have some great designs and colours. Going to order more and a couple of thicker pairs for the chilly season.

> 3 dayAlas, I had heard wonderful things about Darn Tough socks, but I found these to be somewhat tight around the legs. Theyre wearable for short periods but I wont be buying more of them.

02-06-2025Didn’t realize how some socks are SO much better than others! I think these socks are expensive, but they’re worth it! I’d been having trouble with my socks rubbing my toes raw when hiking or going for long walks, tried one company’s who advertises not having a seam in the toe, but they did have a seam and they were so thin! After doing more research I found Darn Tough, and these socks are so comfortable even on long hikes, or just wearing all day! No more raw toes from the seam rubbing on the ends of my toes. These have a seam but it’s placed in a different area than most socks. These socks have a lifetime warranty too, plus they’re made in the USA! Customer Service at Darn Tough was excellent! Try a pair, check Darn Tough’s website to make sure you’re getting the right size first. They have sizes for men and women, and I believe they have children sizes too, but you’d better check that to be sure. So I’m in the process of buying a pair of socks once a month until I have enough for at least 7 days. Yeah, expensive but definitely worth it!

Greater than one weekI broke my little toe over the Easter weekend and usually walk barefoot or just with flip flops all the time. My husband purchased these socks for me to help keep my toes in place and so I could wear the hiking boots he got while my toe healed. These along with the hiking boots were sturdy enough to keep my toes immobile while walking around.(well, I did have to walk mainly on my heel everywhere) Anyway, I like these socks which is weird because I usually hate wearing socks.
