I used this program to retrieve photos from a corrupted cell phone memory card. When the card was corrupted it had about 1500 photos on it. After I ran the recovery program it retrieved every photo that was ever stored on the memory card, even the ones that I previously deleted. A few files could not be opened but I got over 99% of them back. Because of the number of files it took about an hour to run but it worked.

This works on my case! I have a computer that unable to start from windows 10 after I reduce the size of the hard drive data size to matched my new SSD drive that I both from amazon and hoping to migrate all data and OS to SSD drive. Unfortunately I shutdown my computer before I made a clone to my new SSD and once it tries to restart it would just hang. I was able to install my Windows 10 with the help of MS guys. My problem now is how to retrieve my photos and email on my old hard drive so I tried this software and followed the instructions and Thank God I was able to retrieve my photos and most important the emails (PST files) I had on the Hard drive. No damaged files all readable so far.

not what is was looking for. a program like unerase on Windows 8 is much better. it brings back files and lets you know if they were missing, instead of bringing a full back up copy of your hard disc. will try again and try to find something like unerase for Windows 8 for Windows 10.

I purchased this product to recovery various documents, videos and photos from my old computer. Before purchasing the software I consulted with a computer technician at my place of employment who assured me that the data was recoverable, so I purchased this particular software. I loaded the software and used as directed on the packaging, but to my disappointment could not recover any data. The software indicated that the data was there on the harddrive, but the software could not pull it off. I was very disappointed and frustrated to say the least. I would not recommend this product, it does not live up the the statements in its advertising.

It recovered all the data that I lost - but needed. It works as expected and does what it says. I would buy it again. Has a good price and value.
