Bought this software with hope to recover my lost photos on two SanDisk 64GB flash cards.

It did what it said it would do. I used it on an external hard drive and my files were found! So I am happy with the product! I almost lost videos from long ago that I could not replace. I now have learned my lesson and I have copies of those videos in numerous places instead of just one external hard drive. But this product is great and easy to use!

Not exactly as described, it works pretty good but not what I was expecting

I purchased this product to recovery various documents, videos and photos from my old computer. Before purchasing the software I consulted with a computer technician at my place of employment who assured me that the data was recoverable, so I purchased this particular software. I loaded the software and used as directed on the packaging, but to my disappointment could not recover any data. The software indicated that the data was there on the harddrive, but the software could not pull it off. I was very disappointed and frustrated to say the least. I would not recommend this product, it does not live up the the statements in its advertising.

It recovered the data that I needed. Worked as expected.

Kind of iffy. Yes I recovered deleted files, but they werent in their original format. My computer cant even open the files. Some of them? Yes, but the ones I really need? No. Example: I recovered WAV files, but they wont play on the media player. Complete waste of my time and money.
