> 3 dayMy monitor just stopped working, it won’t turn on or anything, anyone know the probable cause of this?(this was my first review)... well, I called Deco directly and they are sending me a brand new one! The customer service is superb, it takes a while but it’s worth it, I love companies that treat their customers the way Deco does, I would give them more stars if I could

> 3 dayReceived it fairly quickly and installed it onto a PC with the included DP cable. Immediately the right side of the screen was out. Off/On Replaced the cable. Got it to work for about a half a second, then it went pixel again. Thinking maybe its the cable, I switched it over to use as a second monitor for my iMac and plugged in the HDMI cable, and it too showed the exact same result. Went back and read some reviews, and sure enough Im not the first. Requested a replacement through Amazon, and the 2nd showed up in less than a week. Onto the new one. The screen this time works just fine. A few things Ive noticed: The yellow is very orangey. Ive tinkered with the Profile and the settings and got it better, but it took some serious adjusting. The white is VERY white, meaning a lot of the text boxes Im used to seeing are kind of missing. Ive again had to tinker the brightness to one side with the contrast to the other. The preloaded profiles arent very good. Lastly, the buttons on the bottom to navigate the on screen menu are really poor. Itll take you awhile to figure out which button to press to get to what screen and to navigate to what you want to do. This could have been designed better. Overall, for the price you are paying for a very ultra wide monitor, its not a bad screen. Im very weary that I received one that was 1/2 dead upon arrival, so Im crossing my fingers that this doesnt just die on me one day when I turn it on.

> 3 dayThis is a good quality product for this size monitor in this price range. You can pay more for the Samsung or LG, but Im not sure why you want to do that. I have one at work and one at home and they are both performing great.

> 3 dayThus product is no longer working. It has been treated well, great shape just no longer works. Lost power and no problem solving works. Short-lived product for the investment.

> 3 dayFor the money this is a great screen. I wish it was just a tad bit brighter but leaps ahead of the 34” LG gaming ultra wide which is more expensive. Picture quality is pretty good and vibrant. You have a gaming setting in the presets that saturate the colors subtlety to give them a nice pop. The viewing angle is great no distortion that I could see. My only two gripes are the ghosting is more than I would like (no more than the other ultra wides I have tried) but it’s not a deal breaker in the slightest. The lack of a vertical adjustment is my only other complaint but again not a deal breaker. The screen showed up in perfect condition with no dead pixels. All and all I highly recommend if your looking for a budget 1080p ultrawide that does not feel budget. Fresync also works great with my GTX 1080.

> 3 dayI got to say at first it was kind of sketchy because i dont like ultra wide that much but i got to say when it comes to resolution and response is extremely good. The only thing ill say is that the power cable stays a little lose so try not to move it too hard or it would disconnect and also if you dont have a pc for 4k it would look a little blurry but if you have it compatible it looks amazing

> 3 dayGot this a few days ago and immediately had trouble finding the screws in the box. Finally found a small ziploc bag with 4 screws in it. There should have been 9 or at least 5. To use the stand, its a minimum of 5. Had to leave one screw out. Got it all set up and waited for my son to get home. He paid for this with his own money and was very excited about it. I havent seen my son cry since he was 11 years old. When he tried to turn the monitor on and saw it was cracked, he broke down. My heart broke for him. This cost him a lot of money. I havent been able to reach anyone at the manufacturer yet but chatted with an Ana from Amazon that said she couldnt do anything for me. Just gave me an 800number that I couldnt copy from the chat we had. When I tried, the entire chat screen just turned off and went back to the previous screen.

> 3 day** update** After 11 months the power button fall off so I contacted the company to see if they can take care of this issue, the customer service person helped me out over the chat and got a replacement order with 5 mins! I have an excellent results with them. **Original post** I love this monitor! for the size and price I cant pass it!! I was looking for a monitor big enough to do my work and play games from time to time. This monitor checked everything in my list, price, picture clarity, and size. I was able to boost the Refresh Rate to 80FPS without issue, anything above that it will not work for me. Overall Im very happy with this monitor.
