Deco Gear 35” Curved Gaming Ultrawide Monitor, 3440x1440, 120hz, 1ms MPRT, 21:9, 99% sRGB

I purchased this to use with a HP laptop with a VGA connection. This monitor does not have a VGA connection so I also bought from Amazon a VGA to HDMI adaptor cable. The two devices could not find each other. This monitor says “No signal” and Windows cannot find it. I went through the troubleshooting in the manual and restarted several times with both the laptop and monitor plugged in and connected with no luck. I can’t take time off work to pack it up and send it back or spend a day on the phone with tech support, so it will end up in the garage with other failed products that maybe I can find a use for someday. Note to manufacturer: there is nothing you can do for me at this point. You did not test the product enough before bringing it to market so now as your customer I can no longer trust your brand. Update: just to be sure it wasn’t the cable I bought a second HDMI to VGI cable from a different manufacturer AND a DVI to VGA cable and this monitor still does not work with any of them.

My monitor just stopped working, it won’t turn on or anything, anyone know the probable cause of this?(this was my first review)... well, I called Deco directly and they are sending me a brand new one! The customer service is superb, it takes a while but it’s worth it, I love companies that treat their customers the way Deco does, I would give them more stars if I could

Well, the monitor arrived and it appeared very well put together. I attached the stand and then used the provided cable. I turned on my brand new computer and the monitor turned on with no issues. The provided cable worked but made the monitor flicker during 2 games. I changed the wire and used a hdmi cord and had no further issues. I turned the pc and monitor off. I returned an hour later, turned on my pc and the monitor had no power. I verified that the plug was plugged in but the monitor would not turn on. Called Amazon and they are sending a replacement. I will update review once I receive the new one. Update, new monitor arrived. So far so good. Worked on the 2nd start up. Happy!! Bumped it up from 3 to 4. Has worked fine ever since.

This is the best monitor Ive ever owned. Its very easy to set-up with some required study. The graphics card and Windows Operating System are the only obstacles because they will look at it as they see it should be, based on what you used before. Auto-detection at first does not display properly, but its easy to fix this with the provided instructions, and within Windows. The video card software (I have AMD) will fix itself if you reset the software and allow it to truly see what this monitor does. The refresh rate is 60 Hz by default, but you can easily switch to 75 Hz within Windows. Games see it fine, once you have it set properly. FSX needs to be told about the new screen size, best done through the Aircraft.cfg file. As you play with the built-in monitor settings with the buttons on the bottom right, you can control so many things your head will spin. I did all of this in about 1 hours time. The only problem I had was trying to read the details of initial construction, especially attaching the stand. Although screw holes are countered to make it easier to figure out, you can still do it wrong if you rush it, like me. You can also wall mount this monitor, but you need additional hardware available on Amazon (usually listed under this monitor as additional items). The packaging was done well, and I could see that UPS didnt use much care getting it to me, and the contents were protected from their lack of concern. THE WORLD ON TIME doesnt necessarily mean In Good Condition, and the manufacturer must know this very well. It only took a few days to arrive, and was on-time as indicated by the original delivery date when I ordered. I use this monitor in my bedroom mainly for Flight Simulation, and now I can see details while lying on my bed a good distance away ... before it was a squinting game. I really dont think any of the issues Ive mentioned above should deter anyone from purchasing this monitor, if you want the best of the best, on time, and for an unbeatable price. Id have to say this monitor is worth at least $100 more than it is being sold for. Take my word for it ... Ive been around the block with monitors since day one.

** update** After 11 months the power button fall off so I contacted the company to see if they can take care of this issue, the customer service person helped me out over the chat and got a replacement order with 5 mins! I have an excellent results with them. **Original post** I love this monitor! for the size and price I cant pass it!! I was looking for a monitor big enough to do my work and play games from time to time. This monitor checked everything in my list, price, picture clarity, and size. I was able to boost the Refresh Rate to 80FPS without issue, anything above that it will not work for me. Overall Im very happy with this monitor.

Initially I was hesitant to order this monitor as there was only one review at the time. I decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I am not disappointed! I am running this with a Cyberpower PC and it is amazing. The graphics quality is fantastic. I am running Division 2 with no loss of integrity. I would recommend this monitor. Only down side is that there is no vertical adjustment

I purchased this for around $250 as an open box item. For that price, it cant be beat . Great color, brightness and refresh rate, and its huge! The only issue I had was that 3 screws were missing from the open box item but a trip to the hardware store quickly cleared that up. Overall Im very happy with the monitor.

This monitor is awesome. You can download some snap window software if you need it but I didnt find it necessary. 5 months after purchase I decided I wanted to use the Vesa mount adapter and realized I mustve thrown it away with the box! I contacted the manufacturer and they mailed me one free of charge. Very happy with my experience with this company and seller.

I replaced two 32 monitors on the small desk in my home office and love it. I couldnt possibly go back and actually hate going into my regular office because I have dual monitors there!
