First time traveling wheels came off and suite case handles broke off very disappointed and zipper broke I want my money back .

All wheels gone after one trip. Very light work on the wheels. They should be more durable. Highly disappointed.

I bought these sets after a trip when I realized our luggage needed replacement. Purchased several months ago but just got it out for use. Got it out, put clothes in, busted zipper. Still has the tags. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap.

The first day I used it, a wheel fell off.

Purchased 1st set in June and the first use a wheel was dangling. They exchanged the set for another set we just used them for the 1st time and an entire wheel fell off. JUNK dont not buy!!

Bought this luggage set at the end of May. Just used it today for the first time. A front tire kept getting stuck on the two larger bags when we got to the airport. When we retrieved our bags from baggage claim, front tire was barely hanging on from large bag. Completely broke while walking to our vehicle. Now have to buy a new large bag before returning home.

So far out of the box they seem great, roll very smooth however the “TSA” approved locks are not truly TSA approved. They have no spot that i have been able to find for TSA master key to be put in to unlock the suitcase Incase inspection needs to occur. I will update after my trip with how it handles the airplane ride
