Great lightweight travel bag, however the titanium hanger broke the second time I used it - while carrying the bag off an airplane open over my shoulder to avoid wrinkling the contents.

I like this garment bag. It is well made, looks good and lightweight yet sturdy.

I bought this as a gift, expecting it to come with the elegant black box in the picture. Even the other buyers posted pictures of it with the black box. Mine arrived in a huge amazon brown box. When I opened, it was just the garment bag in a cheap plastic and a message I wrote in a piece of cut bond paper! For the price I paid, this is unacceptable!

While higher priced than some competitive offerings, this piece is worth every penny. I travel frequently and have been through a few garment bags. This one is lightweight and compactly carries three suits. I highly recommend it.

I love it when companies get customer service right! I recently ordered a Degeler SkyHanger bag via Amazon (had to use those points!). When it arrived it was missing a snap. I traveled with the bag a few times and loved it. Very light weight and wickedly strong. After asking another passenger on a flight to Madrid to sneak a peek at his bag, I saw he had the snap my bag was missing. I wrote to #degeler company, thinking they would be interested to know that one of their high-quality products had a defect. Less than one hour (1 hour!!), I head from the CEO of the company. Within two days a new bag was at my door, with a return box and a DHL label. Mr. Degeler was friendly, concerned about his customer and the defective product and set things right without question. Remember, I used Amazon points to pay for the bag. Great customer service!

Great bag! Really lightweight there was actually previously an issue where the incorrect bag was sent that I’d bought liking it actually that much.

As 200K miles p.a. FF, I use the red DEGELER SkyHanger Garment Bag every time I travel. Light and durable materials, lots of useful pockets and compartments that make packing easy and user-friendly during the trips. The hangar is the kicker. Got to give it those Germans - very clever, a top brand in every detail. I have also two shirt bags, super functional and light. Great brand, great product, great people. Call them, they even pick up the phone and attend to their customers. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
