Greater than one weekWas looking for a good birthday present for a family member. I really wanted to get him a nice monitor that didn’t completely break the bank. The frames, colors, and size are all very great on this monitor to the point where I even thought about buying myself one of these bad boys. Needless to say he loved it.

> 3 daydarker colors, specifically black, could be much sharper, but its generally great for most cases. perfect for gaming, but if youre a visual artist (3D or 2D) although the workflow is MUCH smoother, a few extra dollars could to a more color-friendly monitor

> 3 dayS2421HGF So when I ordered this product, I was under the impression that it was a freesync monitor. The listing mentioned that almost everywhere. Upon receiving the monitor, I noticed on the box that it is a Gsync monitor. No where on the box does it mention anything about freesync. This really isnt an issue for me but it is a little frustrating being mislead. Now onto the good parts of the monitor... PS5 120HZ Compatible via HDMI. This is a big deal for me since my last monitor supported 240hz only via display port. So if youre looking to buy this monitor for the PS5 or even XBX (not sure about Xbox but it should run) then get it. Next up I want to talk about the menu HUD. It is really intuitive, fast, and has a joystick for easy navigating the menu. This is a huge plus for people who like to change their settings frequently. Display quality is okay. Its a gaming monitor after all. The panel is a TN panel from the looks of it so if you were expecting a IPS panel look somewhere else. This isnt a huge deal for me because I bought this monitor specifically for gaming. If you look at the monitor from an angle, it is obviously not going to look as good if you were looking at it straight on. The brightness is quite good. I am currently using it in my room with 3 lights on and it doesnt seem to affect it at all. Most monitors nowadays have good brightness. So my final verdict: This monitor is good but just so you know this is a gsync monitor as far as I can tell. It games really well. Smooth and fast response time that is PS5 ready. Has a good okay quality display with a TN panel that performs well in a bright room.

> 3 dayI expected reasonably good picture quality but it turned out mediocre at best. I used to develop LCD display several years ago so I am versed in what to look for. From what I see, I guess LCD panel doesnt do a good job to prevent so called light leakage to improve contrast. Viewing angle is clearly narrow. If you move your head around a bit, you will experience brightness reduction as well as contrast. More than that, when you see four corner of display, you will see somewhat gray background, picture quality degradation. Color gamut is clearly worse. Spec says 72%. No wonder skin tone is terrible. Lower than $200, it is ok buy but I wouldnt recommend to anyone expecting a gaming monitor.

> 3 dayThis is my fault, the product was great but the driver issues I had were insane. Once I plugged in the monitor, the monitor had tearing issues and also disconnected my other monitor. Also, the monitor would only go up to 63 fps before installing drivers. After installing new drivers and restarting my computer, the problems were fixed.

> 3 dayIf you play cod/Warzone, and want 120hz +, then this is your monitor to get. Watching YouTube looks good too however the image is not as sharpe for games like FIFA or NBA compared to their IPS panel. Excellent response time at extreme level for gaming so I’m def enjoying it.

Greater than one weekYa cant beat this for the money!! Its crystal clear and wicked fast and Ill bet the gamers really like this one. Im not a gamer but do like to be the fastest kid on the block I did have to call Dell to set it up properly which is never an enjoyable experience.

> 3 dayI dont game, and I put this on an adjustable stand so the pretty stand that came with it is a waste on me. That said, it was a better deal than the business monitors, with all of the connectors I could want and more performance than I need. What more do you want?

> 3 dayFor starters I have been using different monitors and setups for a very long time. I bought this monitor on black Friday since it was on sale and was trying to pick up a new monitor to replace my old display. When it came I was severely disappointed. At first the screen looked so blurry and horrible I was trying to figure out if I accidently was using my old CRV T.V and had switched to the wrong channel. I mean seriously it looks like someone gave a kid a slice of pizza and told him to wipe it all over the screen. I spent 5 minutes trying to get the screen protector off because I thought that might be causing some blurriness. Turns out there isnt even a screen protector in the first place, which is not standard and a bit suspicious seeing as the last 3 or 4 monitors Ive bought, even ones that I got 5-6 years ago all come with a screen protector no matter how cheap or expensive. They tell you to troubleshoot your settings, as if you even have an option other than turn brightness or contrast up and down. It seriously is disgusting how little effort companies will put into their products to straight up rob consumers who dont know what they are buying. I thought this would be a good pickup on sale, boy was I wrong. Not only would I never buy this again even if it was 50% off, I will go back to church for the first time in 15 years so I can say a prayer or two for the poor people who bought this at full price. Seriously, this monitor is a joke Im sure you can find one twice as good at Costco for half the price. If I could give negative star reviews I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

13-06-2025tl;dr: I got two of these because the specs looked good on paper and they were cheaper than others with similar specs. Sadly once I hooked them up and saw a live picture I realized why they were so cheap--the colors are horribly washed out. Having two side-by-side makes the controls for the one on the left really hard to work, too. I wanted a pair of monitors with 1) about 23-24 inches diagonal, 2) 1080p resolution, 3) height and tilt adjustment, 4) DP and HDMI inputs, 5) 120Hz or more refresh and fast response time, 6) FreeSync and/or G-Sync compatibility, 7) narrow side bezels, 8) down-facing ports if possible, and, of course, 9) in my budget. These look great on paper, meeting all my requirements. Plus, these not only have FreeSync, they have FreeSync Premium AND G-Sync compatibility (I know G-Sync Compatible is not the same as G-Sync, but all true G-Sync monitors are too expensive for my budget; also, you might be interested to know these monitors came with a G-Sync decal on the stand bases not pictured in the product listing). These also have 3-year advanced exchange service and premium panel exchange. Opinions differ but I trust Dell, especially their premium/business class products, based on past experience. Finally, the AC/DC converter is built in to the monitor so you dont have to deal with a brick on the power cord. Unfortunately while, as I said, these look good on paper, IRL the picture colors look very muted, dull, and washed out. Yes, there are some adjustments you can make; and no, its not bad enough for me to want to return them, especially given all the other good points about them--but it sure was a big disappointment when I saw my brand new toys light up for the first time. Additionally--and I didnt even think about this before I got them--the control buttons are on the back right side, so if you put two of these right next to each other the controls of the left one are hard to work. Ergonomically speaking, the control placement for a single monitor is actually pretty good (although the five-way joystick is a little touchy...and Im not really sure why additional buttons are even needed with a five-way joystick) but with two side-by-side its good for one and really bad for the other. Also, this monitor has a headphone jack (but not on the front or somewhere easy to reach). I like having a Fire TV Stick connected to an Xbox One connected to one of my two PC monitors, and I thought running a stereo audio cable from the headphone jack of the monitor to the line input of my PC would allow me to hear the Fire TV/Xbox sound through my PC, but it didnt work. Maybe because the output and input levels were unbalanced...maybe because I didnt configure sound settings correctly...who knows. I gave up quickly and didnt actually try connecting wired headphones to the monitor to see if that worked because it isnt a desirable solution for my setup...and I dont want to have to buy a separate converter/extractor. All in all if youre looking for a budget-friendly, entry-level gaming monitor with a good guarantee/warranty and you want some of this ones specific features (like height adjustment, which isnt all that common), this is a good value...just keep in mind it will be hard to work the controls of the left monitor in a side-by-side setup and youre going to have to spend some time adjusting the color, brightness, contrast, etc. both on the monitor and on your PC.
