It’s got great picture and goes together very easily. A cool feature is that the monitor has its own analog stick to mess with settings easily and you can put on some game modes that for example will show you FPS along with some other stuff

Great monitor for the price, only 2 downsides to this monitor, one is the cheap joystick Dell decided to put on the back of it to adjust the display settings (but once you get your settings set you wont have to touch it again) second is no built-in speakers. I would defiantly buy again! But shame on you dell for the chintzy joystick.

Its a fair monitor but the picture quality isnt that good. I dont think its 1080p, looks like 720p as far as picture quality goes.

This monitor performs exactly as I intended it to. If you need a sharp image, good refresh rate, g-synch, with a brand you can trust, this is it. I had no problems unpacking it, setting up the stand that came with the monitor, or using the controls on this monitor. Everything about it was simple and easy to use. For me, a feature I ended up really liking but didnt anticipate was the automatic screen switch. It recognizes if my laptop or xbox is on and automatically switches. It is smart enough though, to not switch back and forth when both are on. This monitor is good value, performs as expected, and was easy to set up. 5/5

My monitor had all sorts of issues where the image would glitch out really bad at 120 and 144hz. This happened when I was using the HDMI cable that the monitor came with. I thought Id read somewhere that it was compatible, but maybe that just wasnt true. BUY A DISPLAYPORT CABLE. Completely fixed my issue, 100%. Joystick button on the back seems like an unnecessary and likely point of failure. Image quality is 4/5. If youre wondering if theres a difference between your 60hz monitor and this 144hz one, it depends: If you are going to play games on it and regularly get over 100fps: oh my god yes. If you dont get over 100 fps, or you arent looking to game on this: stick to 60hz and save your money because all of the impact you see will just be placebo.

Im a gamer, and I was in need of two new monitors. One to replace the one I was using, and another to finally have a dual-monitor setup. Needless to say, this was one of the best purchases Ive ever made. The monitors were easy to set up, and they work exactly the way I need them to. My games look better, and Im finally able to multitask. Its worth noting that you might have to adjust the brightness and contrast a bit, but other than that, everything is perfect! Id definitely recommend this to anyone in search of a great new monitor.

This is my fault, the product was great but the driver issues I had were insane. Once I plugged in the monitor, the monitor had tearing issues and also disconnected my other monitor. Also, the monitor would only go up to 63 fps before installing drivers. After installing new drivers and restarting my computer, the problems were fixed.

tl;dr: I got two of these because the specs looked good on paper and they were cheaper than others with similar specs. Sadly once I hooked them up and saw a live picture I realized why they were so cheap--the colors are horribly washed out. Having two side-by-side makes the controls for the one on the left really hard to work, too. I wanted a pair of monitors with 1) about 23-24 inches diagonal, 2) 1080p resolution, 3) height and tilt adjustment, 4) DP and HDMI inputs, 5) 120Hz or more refresh and fast response time, 6) FreeSync and/or G-Sync compatibility, 7) narrow side bezels, 8) down-facing ports if possible, and, of course, 9) in my budget. These look great on paper, meeting all my requirements. Plus, these not only have FreeSync, they have FreeSync Premium AND G-Sync compatibility (I know G-Sync Compatible is not the same as G-Sync, but all true G-Sync monitors are too expensive for my budget; also, you might be interested to know these monitors came with a G-Sync decal on the stand bases not pictured in the product listing). These also have 3-year advanced exchange service and premium panel exchange. Opinions differ but I trust Dell, especially their premium/business class products, based on past experience. Finally, the AC/DC converter is built in to the monitor so you dont have to deal with a brick on the power cord. Unfortunately while, as I said, these look good on paper, IRL the picture colors look very muted, dull, and washed out. Yes, there are some adjustments you can make; and no, its not bad enough for me to want to return them, especially given all the other good points about them--but it sure was a big disappointment when I saw my brand new toys light up for the first time. Additionally--and I didnt even think about this before I got them--the control buttons are on the back right side, so if you put two of these right next to each other the controls of the left one are hard to work. Ergonomically speaking, the control placement for a single monitor is actually pretty good (although the five-way joystick is a little touchy...and Im not really sure why additional buttons are even needed with a five-way joystick) but with two side-by-side its good for one and really bad for the other. Also, this monitor has a headphone jack (but not on the front or somewhere easy to reach). I like having a Fire TV Stick connected to an Xbox One connected to one of my two PC monitors, and I thought running a stereo audio cable from the headphone jack of the monitor to the line input of my PC would allow me to hear the Fire TV/Xbox sound through my PC, but it didnt work. Maybe because the output and input levels were unbalanced...maybe because I didnt configure sound settings correctly...who knows. I gave up quickly and didnt actually try connecting wired headphones to the monitor to see if that worked because it isnt a desirable solution for my setup...and I dont want to have to buy a separate converter/extractor. All in all if youre looking for a budget-friendly, entry-level gaming monitor with a good guarantee/warranty and you want some of this ones specific features (like height adjustment, which isnt all that common), this is a good value...just keep in mind it will be hard to work the controls of the left monitor in a side-by-side setup and youre going to have to spend some time adjusting the color, brightness, contrast, etc. both on the monitor and on your PC.

Do not purchase technology that is anything else but brand new. Ordered 3 for black Friday , one new, one new with damaged box, and one used. the new with damaged box one was practically dead on arrival, top left corner delaminated with dead pixels, while the rest of the screen suffered from horrible screen tearing. Despite what was advertised this damaged monitor was considered used so i could not get a replacement and instead got a small discount to repurchase the item.

As a technical user and avid gamer, I can confidently say that the Dell 144Hz Gaming Monitor FHD 24 Inch Monitor is a fantastic choice for anyone in need of a high-performance display. I recently played Jedi Survivor on my Zenbook Pro 15, and the monitors 144Hz refresh rate made the gameplay incredibly smooth and immersive. The multiple inputs and easy input switching feature are also highly convenient, especially for users with multiple input devices. I even connected my Raspberry Pi as a secondary input and had no issues switching between my devices. Overall, the Dell 144Hz Gaming Monitor FHD 24 Inch Monitor is an excellent investment for anyone looking for a top-tier gaming display.
