> 24 hourThe Dell 2335dn printer is the mainstay of my document printing, copying, and scanning. They are reliable. The seller provided a printer in excellent condition.

> 24 hourI purchased this in Jan 2021. By September it no longer worked-it was not getting any power. I contacted the company to only be told that the description was “from Dell original listing. We offer 90 days limited warranty only”. Wonder why they did not state this was their policy? Seems like false advertising to me. So now I have a 20lb or so paper weight! Purchase from another company or be prepared to get ripped off by this company!!!!

> 24 hourIn a nutshell, we purchased 4 of these printers from Orion to lease to our business customer. When our client initially complained that the printers were not working (features not working, printing issues, etc), we made contact and was introduced to Telly Krousaniotakis (Telly K.). Telly promised he would fix the issues or replace the printers. Despite his repeated claims that he fixed the issues by connecting to the printers remotely and changing the software settings, the issues persisted. And the client kept complaining. This continued for 2 months while Telly blinded us with technical jargon on why it was the IT Peoples fault (it turns out, it wasnt). Then the client cancelled their contract and got new printers from someone else. When the issues started recurring, I requested replacement printers and he told me that this particular model was old and not very reliable and he tried to talk me into different, cheaper models. I told him my customers didnt want different models, and they had invested 3 months learning this model (not on a printer from Orion, it should be noted). So then we tried to issue a warranty claim and Telly said he needed to have the serial numbers of the printers. My manager called and gave him the serial numbers and we never heard back, never got an RMA, and he didnt return our calls. I cannot urge you more to beware of this seller. Any good reviews on Amazon can be explained by the simple fact that he probably didnt have any issues (you know, when things go according to plan). But check out his reviews elsewhere, when things didnt go well, and see how he handled them. Google/Yelp/Ripoff Report/BBB/etc. You can always tell a lot about a company/person by how they deal with it when things go wrong.

> 24 hourI really love my printer. I am very pleased with the amount of work I can get done and the amount of pages I can print per cartridge. I could not beat the price of the printer as well as the cost of the refill ink cartridges. I have yet to yield the 6,000 prints per cartridge it promises, but all in all, I love my printer! (FYI: I am yielding about 2,500-3,000 pages per cartridge) but for only $25 per cartridge, its a great deal!

> 24 hourI have one at work. Everyone else has problems printing and scanning, but I dont cause I was assigned this beast. Its huge, and durable and never gives me trouble. Since I work a lot from home and I am so pleased with the one at work, I got one to use at home.

> 24 hourGood multi-fuction. Easy to network, does all that you need it to. Pretty good heat up time. Copies fast. Feeder works well enough but could be made more solidly and worries me about lasting long. Legal copies need to be fed as the copy space is not large enough to fit single legal copies. Cant keep legal size paper either, it needs to be fed in the manual slot on the front (like an envelope or similar). The worst item is likely the scanning. I havent figured out how to scan to PDF. Seems to scan to an image and does not combine the scans (even if scanned at the same time, it seems to make a single image of each page). That is a major flaw, but it might be fixed with a software upgrade or maybe in the settings and programming it. The menu is not very intuitive either. Scanning can be sent to a networked computer, a server, straight to a USB stick inserted in the front, or...the best if set up correctly (ours is not) straight to an email address. Needs some work and time to learn how to use it. Might have a great upside, but it is just not as well built or designed as our HP printer or Canon Fax. Could be GREAT. Right now, just average. Price and value is what is has going for it in my opinion.

> 24 hourI get nowhere near 6000 pages on a cartridge. When the toner low warning comes up, you stop recieving faxes altogether until you replace the cartridge. If you type in a fax number prior to it warming up, you lose the number and have to retype it. It does print and copy a lot of pages quickly but the software is crap on it. I also only get about 18 months out of it in my restaurants. Going to be looking for something else next time one breaks.
