> 3 dayThe monitor aesthetically looks good although its a rather boring design. It doesnt have enough brightness but what bothered me most is that the text is not sharp. I tried changing sharpness, contrast etc. and the text still appeared pixelated. Since I would use it mostly for work this was a deal breaker for me so I had to return it. I may try an ultrasharp monitor instead since Ive always liked Dell products.

> 3 dayThe monitor is great and works as expected but sometimes I get black screen for few mins. I have port cable but same issue. I gave it 4 stars just for that reason.

> 3 dayReceived the monitor, opened and it did not work… called the Dell supper with the service tag and they mentioned it’s invalid product and doesn’t have a record of it.. beware what you buy… this is so disappointing that Amazon is selling these as new and original

> 3 dayThe monitor is fine. But when I tried to register it with Dell for warranty support, the Service Tag was invalid. This indicates that the sale of the monitor from Dell to the reseller was never registered. I went around-and-around with several Amazon agents, Dell, and the reseller. The reseller couldnt help me because this order was Fulfilled by Amazon. Dell told me exactly what Amazon need to do, but of the several agents that I was transferred around to, none of them had a clue what I was talking about. Now, I am very suspicious of how this monitor came into Amazons possession. Perhaps that explains why it is so much less expensive here than at other (more reputable?) resellers...?

> 3 dayThe monitor itself has great picture quality. However there is one major flaw if you are a Mac user and that is the USB ports on the monitor will not work over the USB-C connection to the Mac. There is no work around I did plenty of research. I had to introduce a docking station in between the monitor and the Mac to get USB available. If you’re looking to use this monitor as a USB hub for your Mac look somewhere else.

Greater than one weekI have had this for a year. Was very happy with it. Quality was great. All of a sudden now the screen is starting to shutter. I’ve checked cables, I hardly ever touch it, use it just for work. Not thrilled for how expensive it is to now start to be dealing with issues with the screen. Not thrilled. Need to now find someone to look at it to figure out the issue.

> 3 dayNot the best pixel density (not in par with Macbook screens, as you should expect) but good quality screen overall. Built sturdy. Matte screen. Easy to adjust for your desired height and angle. Swivels horizontally.

> 3 dayVery pleased with this monitor now. Even though I cant run it at full resolution due to my ancient nvidia GT3somthing. Even at 2560x1080, the picture looks great. Usually when you run a monitor lower than its native res, it looks really grainy. This one, while not as sharp as the full res, does not look all that grainy. My big problem when I first plugged it in was that my mouse was extremely jumpy. I look all over for help and solutions and found none. Everyone said it was the mouse driver, which I knew wasnt true because when I lowered to 1280x1024, the mouse worked perfectly. Dropping down to lower widescreen resolutions didnt help though. So I spent some time messing around in all the various settings apps and discovered that nvidia, by default, was treating this as a television. Meaning refresh rate was 24hz! No wonder my mouse was so choppy. So I changed it from TV to monitor mode and it brought the refresh rate up to 30hz at 3440×1440 which was better, but still choppy. So I switched to 2560x1080 and that brought the refresh rate to 60hz. And now my mouse is perfect again. So, I guess I have to get a new computer to take full advantage of this monitor. But Dell or nvidia or microsoft or somebody should change this monitor profile to default to monitor mode. Not TV mode.

> 3 dayI use this monitor for my work. I am a software engineer and need multiple software/programs running which I can see simultaneously. Picture quality is great, no configuration hassle and overall the monitor looks really beautiful on my desk.
