> 24 hourI got my Dell 14 laptop refurbished and the OEM charger that came with it was almost as heavy as the laptop itself and very large and unwieldy. This charger is a huge improvement. I have only used it a couple of times, so I cant speak to the long-term durability, but so far it is a great value and seems to do the job.

Had read that the charger could be the problem and my computer was also running slow. Well, what do you know? I purchased this charger and my computer is running faster and now my new battery is charging. Fixed my problem that drove me for a week. Glad I purchased this and it was half the price Dell wanted. It also came in two days.

> 24 hourThis was the exact cord I wanted to replace my old one......that came apart where the light part and the cord come together. Hopefully this one will last a long time. My only complaint was it took over 3 weeks to get it. And they did say that on the listing, but seriously, it seemed like a super long time. I was just relieved that it was the correct cord for my Dell!
