Grandson managed to pinch the cable into the labtop and bend the connector. I started looking for a replacement right away and found this at a decent price and it came quickly (before the battery ran out).

It worked fine then after only two months it stopped working. I am starting to realize certain Dell products are not very reliable.

I thought I was getting a better deal with the light indicator but this item does not include the power cord that goes from the wall to the power supply. If you pick this up make sure you get the C5 power cord as well or just buy a different item that has all the cables you need.

I ordered the adapter but only received the cord that connects to it. This has to be a scam and I am looking into a refund.
