Does everything I need it to. Wish it had backlit keyboard.

This is the 3rd Dell Ive had over maybe 14-15 years (others still work) and I love the reliability of Dell as much as ever. Love all the new features and speed. Very Dependable.

Much lighter than I expected, I like this machine very much - only wish the keys would light up at night- guess that is asking a lot.

So the one I got does not have a touch screen so I am not sure why it asked to rate a touch screen. This laptop is great if you want to get get work done and play some minecraft for a little bit. If you open up the back you can add an SSD and if you want you can replace the NVME it comes with for a 2280 nvme. It does also have replaceable memory so if you want to upgrade to dual channel you can. Now if you dont run it at at full brightness and settings you can get a pretty decent battery life out of it. So for average school work and for having work papers this is a great laptop. With the benefit of being able to play some games.

Returned as soon as I finally got to open the computer and look at the specs. Processor was slower (1.1 GHz vs 1.4 GHz1.6GHz) than advertised and the hard drive was smaller (128 GB vs 500 GB) than advertised. There is conflicting specifications when this computer is compared with similar ones. Im going to stick with purchasing directly from the manufacturer. I would have been hugely disappointed if I had paid the original purchase price of $1,000.

Quick to startup and use. Had all the features advertised. Very reasonable price.

If you are just going to use it for emails and social media this is perfect for that. If you are looking for speed for gaming etc. this is probably not the one for you.

Its a good solid laptop! I needed an extra for work and then my primary broke so now this one is the one. In fact it is the one I am typing this review on, lol. The 10-key is great also. The picture quality is good for the price.

It was for my son.He absolutely loves it.

product arrive one day early as schedule which is very nice, it was schedule12/24, it arrive 1day early it is in a good condition and my husband like it very, but it was window 11, I was disappointed because not ready to switch yet and its fast enough for his everyday online surfing. Not a touch screen.
