> 3 dayAfter 4 months of very light use; BIOS Bot error crashed hard drive. Piece of junk It was big, heavy and lunky. Touch screen was nice. Picture was average. Waste of $$$, Only computer guy in town quoted $189 to run diagnostics and $40 for new hard drive and that is IF they could. They tried to reinstall Windows without success. This is the 3rd Dell I have had that has lasted less than 18 months. Keep looking.

> 3 dayThis laptop basically fell apart after about a month. The screen basically broke free from the keyboard. This is the second Dell laptop that has done this. They do NOT get subjected to any rough treatment. Nothing more than opening and closing. The problem now is that I have downloaded all of my stuff to this laptop and now the screen has gone dark. I have no idea if I can recover any of it. But I will never buy another Dell product.

> 3 dayI got this discounted, so maybe shouldnt be critical, but it is slow, and the other day the battery went down. I plugged back in and it wouldnt come on for a long time. Not sure the issue, but then it finally came back on. It took many attempts to get the power back on.
