It worked fine for 3 weeks and then the charging light started flashing. Now it doesnt charge!

Works as intended. Charges up our laptops and iPads pretty quick! We got a total of 5 of these charges for all of our electronics for adults and the kids.

I need a higher wattage charger and this one worked.

It is working well, no connectivity issues.

This battery was perfect match to the original!

Product description provides a very short list of compatible laptops. Since mine was not listed, I was not going to hassle with ordering it here and finding out it is not compatible with my laptop, so I ordered it from the Dell site, where they provide full lists of compatible computers.

Doubtful that this was an actual “Dell” product. It worked for a few minutes then a light began to continually blink on/off. Not in original packaging. Returning and purchasing directly from the Dell website.

Picture shows genuine Dell charger and Dell power cable. The charger is genuine, but the power cable that plugs into the charger is most certainly not genuine; it is generic, cheap, knock off, etc. not the smoothly finished, quality component that is Dell branded, and advertised to come with the charger. Will certainly be returning unless Dell will acknowledge their disgraceful and embarrassing business practices, and send me a proper Dell power cable. I’m beyond disappointed in Dell and upset that the product is only half Dell, and half cheap knock off.
