> 24 hourI ordered one and it broke in less than a week of use. The connector gets loose and you have to wiggle it or get it just right for it to start charging. I ended up returning it for a new one. A few weeks later same issue. Im going with a OEM part from now on.

> 24 hourPicture shows genuine Dell charger and Dell power cable. The charger is genuine, but the power cable that plugs into the charger is most certainly not genuine; it is generic, cheap, knock off, etc. not the smoothly finished, quality component that is Dell branded, and advertised to come with the charger. Will certainly be returning unless Dell will acknowledge their disgraceful and embarrassing business practices, and send me a proper Dell power cable. I’m beyond disappointed in Dell and upset that the product is only half Dell, and half cheap knock off.

> 24 hourFirst off, The Following is Important because this Power Adapter was made to use with Models that use the USB-Type C Charge Port. However, I purchased this Charger for a Dell Inspiron 13-7378 2-In-1 Laptop/Tablet, which can use either the 45Watt, or their 65Watt Charger. But You Will Need To Get a 6 Inch USB-Type-C Plug to the Dell 4.5mm Round-Barrel Type Adapter Plug in order to get it to work, since my Dell Inspiron (Name/Model/Above.) does use the older 4.5mm style Barrel End. So do make sure that you get the Dell Brand 6 inch Cable Adapter because the 3 different Off-Brand Cable wouldnt work on my Inspiron 13-7378 Series 2-In-1 Laptop/Tablet. I have owned Dell Laptops since 2006. I quit buying those Off-Brand Chargers since they are known to cause, Boot Up Loops which can keep your Dell Laptop from Booting Up Into Windows. Besides, as time goes on, if my Laptop ends up going bad,or if its time for me to update Laptops, its possible Dell could discontinue these Old Style Barrel End Power Adapter Ports. Plus, I like these Narrow Power Adapters, instead of the Old Stye Brick-Type Power Adapters... I certainly hope I was able to help you out... Another FYI, My Dell Laptop will use either the 45 Watt, And The 65 Watt Chargers... Take care & hope that I helped you out, Dan...

> 24 hourI bought this out of emergence since I was at college and your laptop is basically your best friend. It worked and did the job until the laptops battery issues were becoming worse, which I was guessing is normal over time. However, months into using this charger I get a notification from my laptop that says the charger is an undersized 30W while my laptop needs a 30W. Im wondering if this charger even is a 65W like it says.... and also that it didnt worsen my laptops battery :( . I highly recommend getting Dell supplies and chargers from their website instead of a third party. Thank you!
