This is an update. I got this charger in July 2022, it worked for a while. The light went off and it stopped in October, started up again and has finally stopped a short while ago! Got same one in 2020 and it lasted till July 2022 when I replaced it. This is too expensive to fail in a few months. It is not a perishable!

Had it less than a month and its already not working. Dont waste your money on this.

My first one works for 12 months then I bought a new one. This time it just doesn’t work at all. I will return.

I purchased this in October 2020. This is June 30th 2021 and it suddenly quit working. I made sure all plugs were tight and even tried different outlets.

Product functions as indicated

My Dell XPS13 had two problems - battery nearing end of life and plugged in - not charging. The second the more serious issue, meaning the computer can run off AC power (often with reduced CPU) but wont recharge the battery. Sometimes, this can simply be a problem with the charger connectivity wearing out but a new charger alone didnt fix things for me. The combination of a new charger and battery did. Working great about 3 weeks in.

Stoped working without warning 2 months after purchase. Imprinted with Dell logo but feels much lighter than the original product.

I bought this as a replacement for the dell-provided charger. However, it just stopped working after 6 months. I have checked the cables for wear and proper seating and tried multiple different outlets. The charger does not provide current to the laptop anymore and the LED light at the charging tip does not light up. I have sent an email to the seller via the Amazon system requesting a refund and will update my review if I have positive action from them. However until then I cannot recommend this product or other products from this seller and would suggest paying extra for the Dell manufactured chargers instead. UPDATE: the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. Less than 24 hours turnaround! Will update further after I receive and test.

I received a damaged/non functioning charger. It worked once and now the light does not even flash when I plug it into my laptop. It’s like it just died suddenly
