This travel charger is for Dell Precission 5530, I lost mine while traveling and this one look exactly the same, Dell logo, same model number. Made in China. If you dont mind without logo there is generic charger which looks exactly the same except the logo. My guess they are made in factory just next door in China, this version only half the price.

Didnt fit my Dell XPS 15 9560. It is advertised to fit, but doesnt. Not to mention it arrived later than it was supposed to.Very disappointed.

I like the fact that it was labeled as a dell power unit and not a knock off, but paid about $10 more!

I bought this charger for my dell because the original broke but now Im having the same charging issues again. I dont know if its this specific model but theres just so many issues with dell products; I owned dell in 2012 which broke in 2014, switched to mac, gave dell a 2nd shot with the rumored powerhouse xps 15 9570 in 2018, guess whos probably gonna have to buy another charger? dell customer service SUCKS. if youre looking into getting this model of computer, avoid avoid avoid

This is a replacement for a previous laptop charger that had run hot since I got it until it gave up the ghost. Ive never had that happen before. This one stays cool and charges just like it is supposed to. Definately worth it.

Powers my Dell XPS laptop but does not charge the battery. This means the center pin wire is faulty. Yes, the laptop battery and plug-in pin are good because my existing cable charges the battery fine (just need 2nd cable.) Yes, I matched the model#, watts and volts. Power cables shouldnt be this frustrating! Returned.

I got defective one. Need to return it back .

It did not work properly for the XPS 15

It said it would charge my Dell XPS 15 9570. I waited a week for it. It does not charge my laptop. I called Dell for a cord. I will have to wait another week for the cord. I tried to return it the same day but cannot get a return shipping label.

These charge really well and as expected. However, in almost every one I have owned (which has been a lot, since I do IT work for a small company and we exclusively use Dell XPS machines), where the cable meets the power converter brick, the sheathing often pulls away revealing the wires inside. They still work, mind you, but they look more likely to break or get raw wires exposed. I’d give these five stars if they would reinforce that connection.
